ISOKINATOR Training Programmes
Gert Kölbel has personally devised the exercises and the training programmes shown on the exercise wallchart. Gert has created 26 exercises which are dedicated to the 7 major muscle groups, but you only have to include one from each group in your training schedule.
The exercises and training programmes shown on the wallchart are all that is required and exercises are carried out with ISOKINATOR using the arms and feet to give you a complete whole body workout that is safe, fast and effective. After completing the initial programme you can select any number of the additional exercises to create your own routine to concentrate on the muscle areas of your choice.
Each exercise requires a resistance Powerblock and slow fluid movement throughout the routine. Exercises are only carried out for 4 seconds at a time, this is all that is required to gain maximum effect and then repeated in a number of sets.

The slow and precise nature of each exercise has a natural slow burn and cool effect without the need for a warm up or warm down routine. The exercises are in a set number of repetitions and do not need to be increased, your personal level of training is stepped up by increasing the resistance load of the ISOKINATOR using the sliding powerscale.
Fitness Training (15- 20 minutes)
• Exercise in turn from number 1 to 7 (men) 1 to 6 (women)
• Complete each exercise in just 4 seconds
• Only perform 1 complete set of exercises
• When the exercise set becomes easier increase your powerblock to the next Kg level
Athletic Training
• Decrease the number of exercises in each set to 10
• Increase the number of repetitons to 2 sets to 10 exercises
• Rest between exercise sets
• For intense rapid training increase the number of repetitons to 3 sets of 10 exercises
