Using ISOKINATOR - the Powerblock
Powerblock - the balanced pulling of the straps provides the platform of resitance during the exercise movements.

A powerblock is created when the ISOKINATOR straps are pulled apart creating a resistance force measured by the * indictor. To achieve your personal powerblock will just take a few seconds and only requires 60% of your actual strength.
Creating your powerblock
• Set the ISOKINATOR powerslide to a low level 15kg to start with.
• Pull the hand straps apart until the pointer reaches the powerblock marker *
• If only slight resistence is felt and the pointer moves to the MORE kg indicator increase the powerslide kg level until a more powerful resistance is achieved and the pointer reached the powerblock marker *
• That’s your powerblock.. You will need to keep the pointer on the powerblock marker * in CONSTANT resistance throughout all the exercises.
