ISOKINATOR...tested by Sports Science!
When the ISOKINATOR was in development Gert Kölbel sent the very first R&D model to the Academic Director of Sports Science at Hanover Univertity for assessment in muscle growth development.
Studies were carried out using the ISOKINATOR and the training programme devised by Gert .
The study group were measured before the programme started remeasured after 36 training sessions to determine precise muscle growth.
The results were outstanding, with dramatic muscle growth in the following areas;
• Circumference for the upper arm by up to 4 cm
• Thoracic circumference by up to 10 cm
• Width of the upper back by up to 8 cm
• Shoulder circumference by up to 7 cm
• Underarm circumference by up to 2.5 cm
The same engineering principles and exercise programmes have been developed from those early years into today's finished product.
